     From April 20th to 25th, Ganzhou Achteck Tool Technology Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Achteck) participated in The 14th China International Machine Tool Exhibition （2015CIMT） in Beijing China international exhibition center (new site) for 6 days. The exhibition was hosted by China Machine Tool &Tool Builder Association, and was undertaken by China International Exhibition Center (group) Corporation.The exhibition is the most important international machine tool fair in year 2015.

    Achteck presented products contain 4 categories:

    Turning inserts, milling inserts, indexable drilling inserts, and solid carbide rods.

    Turning tools: Achteck turning cast iron inserts of ACK series apply aluminum oxide coating, with excellent wear resistance.It improvesthe tool life of inserts greatly.Inserts could be used in continues and interrupted machining. Additionally they have good performance in finishing, semi-finishing and roughing. 

    Milling inserts: AchteckH42multi-cutting-edge milling series have caught visitors’ attention.This series of milling inserts apply screw clamping, which is easy to operate-fast clamping, dismounting and chip removal. Multi-functional milling inserts with a 42°approach angle can reduce cutting force in severeconditions and be appliedhigh feed cutting. Every geometry of inserts are inspected strictly to ensure tool life of inserts. Currently this series of inserts has been applied in different applications, including machining of steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron andaluminium alloy. 

    Indexable drilling inserts: This insert has good stability and precision.The diameter range isfrom 17.5 mm to 55mm. It could be applied in machining of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium alloy and other difficult-to-machine material with good chip ejection. The performance of machining stainless steel plates is especially ideal with PVD coated inserts inside and outside. Drills with DP geometry could apply in high speed and high efficiency machining for shallow drilling P/K material. Square shaped inserts, stronger drill and improved geometry can provide good straightness.The spiral slots offer excellent chip ejection and high drilling precision.Theproducts could be applied in machining of steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and difficult-to-machine materials with diameter range from 15 to 45mm.

    Cemented carbide rods: With the advantage of super fine tungsten carbide raw-material supplied by headquarter, advanced technology and process, Achteck is able to produce rods from 3 to 20mmwith homogeneous and dense inner structure. Achteck extrusion rods have the characteristics of high hardness and high toughness and they are the ideal blanks for producing solid carbide cutting tools such as end mills, solid drills, reamers etc.

    As a young cutting tool manufacturer, Ganzhou Achteck Tools Technology Company., ltd was established in 2007 which is a wholly owned subsidy of Chongyi Zhangyuan Tungsten co.ltd. Achteck focuses on cemented carbide cutting tools production and tungsten deep processing from the very beginning. Nowadays, under the guidance of senior expert in the industry, Achteck has overcome all kinds of difficulties and made significant achievements with the concept of continuous innovation, advanced production equipment and international leading technology. The company has established a high performance hard facing material production line, imported 5 patents from USA in 2008 with annual output of 500 tons of powder. The main products are WC- based and NiCr-Cr3C2 series thermal spraying powder and special powder used for corrugated roller, sink roll and water turbine, which are widely used in the petroleum, power generation, iron & steel, military and aerospace industries.The company has established a high performance and high precision cemented carbide coated inserts project since 2012, by importing the fully set of production technique and equipment overseas. The total investment was 619 million Yuan in the first stage with an annual output of 10 million inserts. In addition, a high-performance solid carbide drill (blank) production line is being established. The total investment of the project is 260 million Yuan.
